This is a deck that is trying to ramp hard in the early turns, cast Nissa, Vastwood Seer, and get value each turn. The deck relies heavily on boardwipes such as Ugin, The Spirit Dragon, Perilous Vault, and Oblivion Stone to stabalize the boardstate so that our Eldrazi Titans can grind out wins.
With Nissa, Vastwood Seer you should almost always +1 her once she flips. This is a grindy deck, and we don’t normally have much use for the 4/4 Elemental option. We also don’t care if our opponents kill Nissa once she flips because we can just recast her if we feel like it.
Against really fast decks or decks that don’t play to their boardstates this deck struggles to interact and because we are so focused on ramping in the early game.
This deck is built to Prey upon midrange decks – whenever anyone casts any boardwipe I feel like I’m in a prime position to grind out the rest of the game.
